WFWS 47th Annual Exhibition

I have read and understand the Exhibition Prospectus and agree to the terms and conditions therein, including:

• My painting complies with the requirements for acceptable submissions and framing/delivery of accepted works for exhibition.
• I give permission for WFWS to use a likeness of my accepted work(s) for WFWS promotional materials.
• Artwork must be available for sale. All transactions are conducted by WFWS, and WFWS retains a 25% processing fee on sales at the exhibition.
• NMWS and WFWS will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage of works submitted.
